If February 1st falls on a weekend or federal holiday, then the deadline will be 5pm on the next business day.
In 2025, applications are due February 3rd at 5pm ET.
You may be contacted by staff with follow up to your application.
Trustees will meet in mid March.
You will receive a decision letter in the mail by end of March.
