Application due dates are on the first of February, May, August, and November, unless the date falls on a weekend or federal holiday in which case the deadline will be 5pm on the next business day.
After you submit your application, you may be contacted by staff with follow up questions.
Following our May 1st deadline, trustees will meet in mid June. You will receive a decision letter in the mail by end of June.
