Implementation Grant Reports

Grantees are required to submit a final report at the conclusion of their grant period. If you received a multi-year grant, we ask that you submit interim reports at the end of each year of funding in addition to a final report.

Please download the Grant Report Form and submit reports through the Davis Foundations Grantee portal (grantees awarded grants before 2022 may continue to email reports to [email protected]).

The Grant Report Form document has instructions and questions for both interim and final reports. It also includes instructions for extension requests.

Due Dates

For grants awarded in the spring, reports are due at the end of July of the following year. For grants awarded in the fall, reports are due at the end of January of the following year.

Reporting dates can be adjusted to align with the project timeline.

Access the Grantee Portal

As of 2022, the Davis Educational Foundation has moved to a new online reporting system (the same system we use for grant applications).
If your grant was awarded before 2022, you may continue to submit reports by email to [email protected]
If your grant was awarded in 2022 or after, please use the link below to access your report in the Davis Foundations Grantee Portal. You will still use the Grant Report Word document in the “Downloads” section on the right side of the screen to write the narrative portion of your report, but you will submit the report through the portal.
We no longer ask that reports be mailed to our office.
